Frank Gargano is an accredited Mulligan Concept Instructor since 1996 and served on the International Executive Committee for 12 years. He has instructed hundreds of Mulligan Concept courses across the US.

He currently serves as the CEO of Integrative Movement Systems, LLC. the marketing and distribution company for the Mulligan Concept in the United States. He is also the owner and president of the Integrative Dry Needling Institute, LLC providing neurologic dry needling training and certification across the US.
